Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is unused, unsealed, and in its original packaging. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and complete order details.

Exchanges are only possible if the parcel is unsealed and unused. Once the seal is broken, the product becomes ineligible for exchange or return due to safety and quality reasons.

All requests are subject to review and approval. Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange or refund process. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.

Please note that products damaged due to improper use, incorrect application, or failure to follow usage instructions are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the issue occurred due to an error on our part.
